DEFINITIONS

GOVERNMENT FEES AND TAX

Players understand and agree that we do not pay taxes on players' winnings, which are therefore considered taxable income. Players acknowledge they will comply with applicable laws regarding the reporting and payment of gambling winnings to their respective governments.

PROOF OF GAMBLING HABIT

In accordance with regulatory requirements in certain jurisdictions, we may request proof from high-stakes players or those showing signs of problem gaming that they have taken steps to avoid excessive betting and adhere to our responsible gaming practices.
